<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately carry out the automatic generation of the schedule of the repair of a vehicle, and to present it to a customer, and to present the status of the repair of the vehicle to the customer in the repair service of the vehicle in a vehicle factory. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 100 is provided with an estimated repair required time storing part 150 in which repair contents and the estimated repair required time of a person in charge of repair are stored in association with each other and a repair progress storing part 160 in which the plate number of a vehicle to be repaired and the repair contents and the person in charge of repair and an estimated repair start time and an estimated repair end time and the other data are stored in association with each other. The server device 100 calculates the estimated repair start time and estimated repair end time of the vehicle to be repaired based on the data stored in the estimated repair required time storing part 150 and the data stored in the repair progress storing part 160 or such an event as the reception of a repair request.
