<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a noncontact IC inlet, capable of mounting an IC chip on an antenna transmitting and receiving identification information while saving energy and reducing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a noncontact IC inlet 1 having an IC chip 20 storing unique identification information on an organic substrate 30 mounted on an antenna comprises arranging the IC chip 20 in a predetermined area of the organic substrate 30 with a bump 19 up, and forming a pair of terminal parts 10A and 10B of the antenna by printing of a conductive paste so as to cover the bump 19 of the IC 20 simultaneously with formation of an antenna coil 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
