<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading device capable of shielding emission noise to the outside of the device, and preventing a conductive member from peeling, even if a user touches the conductive member. <P>SOLUTION: At a position opposite to a conductive first frame, exposed on an upper surface of the body of the image reading device, a recessed part 124a is formed in a second frame 124 in a document transport part 12 having the exposed conductive second frame 124. A sponge-like conductive member 122 is stuck on the dent of the recessed part 124a by a two-sided tape 123 so that the first frame and the second frame 124 are conducted electrically, when the document transport part 12 is in a closed state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
