<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white pigment for an aqueous ink which excels in clogging reliability and stability to the sedimentation of a pigment and has high opacifying properties. <P>SOLUTION: The white pigment for an aqueous ink comprises a core particle composed of a material having a specific gravity less than that of titanium oxide and a titanium oxide layer applied on the surface of the core particle, and the particle diameter of the pigment is 0.05-5 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
