<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switchboard capable of attaching a ventilating opening or changing its size, without the need for interrupting the power of an internal switchboard or stopping the operation, and capable of shortening the field work period. <P>SOLUTION: An opening 3 is formed on the top of a box body 1 of the switchboard. A panel 5b provided with the ventilating opening 5A is fitted onto fitting hardware 4 provided on the top of the box body 1 by using a bolt 6 and packings 7a, 7b.
