PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a glycolytic enzyme inhibitor that is easily digested and absorbed itself and is not restricted in terms of coloration and intake when added to a food.

SOLUTION: The sucrase activity inhibitor and the glucoamylase activity inhibitor each comprise one or more saccharides selected from the group consisting of paratinose, trehalulose and reduced paratinose. The food and the feed each comprise the sucrase activity inhibitor and/or the glucoamylase activity inhibitor.
