<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alumina cement composition used for the repairing of a degraded concrete structure and excellent in workability, low temperature hardening performance, initial crack resistance, strength development, sulfuric acid resistance and the like and having improved long term durability, and a repairing method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The alumina cement composition contains alumina cement, a pozzolan material and a polymer fiber having 2-15 mm length and aspect ratio of 300-1,000 and further contains a fluidizing agent, a lithium salt, a water absorption preventing agent, a polymer for cement admixture and aggregate.
