PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator capable of preventing breakage of a worm wheel and occurrence of vibration and abnormal sound due to play of a motor shaft when the motor shaft is rotatably driven and ensuring axial centering precision in drilling a hole in a gear case. SOLUTION: A bearing device forming a worm part 8c on a tip part 8b side of the motor shaft 8 extended into the gar case and facing it by extending toward an outer side of the gear case through a shaft hole 17 from an inner side on a motor case 3 side removably installed on the gear case 16 supporting the worm wheel 15 pivotally and storing it and supporting a tip part of the motor shaft is provided with a slide bearing 28 fitted and locked from an outer side of the gear case, a cap 29 nipping, holding, and fixing the slide bearing, an adjusting screw 32 inserted in the axial direction from an outer side of the cap and butting and supporting the tip part of the motor shaft by its inner side end part 32a, and a lock nut 33 screw-fitting and holding the adjusting screw.
