PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that cost reduction is difficult in a system of forming a shading plate on a dedicated substrate. SOLUTION: An unnecessary substrate 63b generated in a process of manufacturing certain substrates 61, 63a is separated from the substrate body. Next, shading component patterns 81, 83 incorporated in the unnecessary substrates 63b are separately assembled.
