PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal sticker capable of securely informing whether a read only memory (ROM) etc. is removed or not. SOLUTION: The seal sticker 10 comprises; sealing sections 12a and 12b where a cable which is cut when a seal is peeled off, is arranged; a communication section 14 where a communication circuit for informing whether the cable in the sealing section is cut or not, to the outside is arranged; and linking sections 16a and 16b which electrically and physically link the sealing section and the communication section. The sealing section is stuck to a detachment permitting section such as the ROM. The communication circuit transmits a different signal according to whether the cable is cut or not. Thereby, as the cable does not serve as an antenna for communication, it is not incorrectly detected that the cable is cut, when communication failure occurs. Moreover, the sealing section and the communication section are connected via the linking sections, therefore, the communication section is stuck to a position where it is excellently communicated to outside without restriction of the position where the sealing section is stuck.
