PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a panel member which is constituted so as to be easily assembled and adjusted on site and also easily transported and consequently does not restrict a place of production. SOLUTION: The inspection device 1 of the panel member is equipped with a rectangular plate-shaped base 2, the panel placing stand 3 provided on the base 2 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the base 2, the gate-shaped head support 4 provided so as to straddle the base 2 in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the base 2 at a right angle and a head 5 for supporting the inspection machinery supported by the head support 4 so as to be made movable in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the base 2 at a right angle. This inspection device is constituted so as to be divided into two bodies between the base 2 and the head support 4 and the size of each of the divided bodies is set to a predetermined size or below. A positioning mechanism 7 for performing the relative positioning of the divided bodies when the divided bodies are connected is provided between the base 2 and the head support 4.
