PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended fine particle collector capable of sticking individually easily and collecting fine particles of liquid suspended in the air, measuring the size and the shape of a reaction impression developing a color or emitting light on a sticking part, and analyzing individually properties such as pH, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This suspended fine particle collector includes a support, and a reaction film comprising a water-soluble polymer compound formed as a film on the support. and the reaction film has a constitution including one or two or more kinds of color-developing reaction reagents and/or luminous reaction reagents. In this manufacturing method of the suspended fine particle collector has a constitution having a mixing process for mixing water-soluble polymer compound aqueous solution with one or two or more kinds of color-developing reaction reagent solution and/or light-emitting reaction reagent solution using water as a main solvent, an application process for applying the acquired mixture liquid on the support, and a drying process for drying the applied paint film.
