METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RETAINER RING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a method for manufacturing a retainer ring of a structure getting in parallel with a tapered surface and receiving contact pressure on wide area at an end part of a air spring. SOLUTION: Bead wire 61 is pushed out and is inserted from an insertion opening 74 of a nozzle 7 and is covered by rubber 2 before a nozzle opening 73 side and is pushing out the rubber 2. The pushed out bead wire 61 is wound around a formed body 9 via a guide 8, and first layer of the bead wire 61 is wounded on a taper surface 91 of the formed body 9 from a lower end toward an upper end. The bead wire is turned back at an upper end of the first layer after wounded up to the upper most end and is wound around the formed body 9 toward a lower end from the upper most part of a second layer in a spiral shape.
