摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generating system which is suitable for characteristics of climate and wind in Japan, or highly efficient and stable even when the direction and the intensity of a wind frequently change, by materializing technology for effectively utilizing the whole of the unstable energy source since wind in Japan is an unstable energy source which is exceedingly variable. SOLUTION: The vertical shaft type small windmill is provided with a device added to conventional models to accumulate wind power energy. The micro windmill has low startability at low speed similar to that of savonius type windmill and high efficiency at high speed similar to that of a linear vane windmill, and is provided with an energy accumulator.
