PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated control device, monitoring throttle opening well even in performing an integrated control of a plurality of control devices. SOLUTION: Based on control requirement of a drive calculated by a driver requirement calculation part 14, and control requirement of control devices such as a driver support quantity calculation part 16 or a wheel stabilization controlled variables calculation part 18, a control target value calculation part 42 calculates a control target value of an engine 32, and a horsepower conversion part 44 converts it into control target horsepower. A horsepower tolerance calculation part 40 acquires target required horsepower and tolerance of the horsepower acting as a benchmark for comparison, based on information from the driver requirement calculation part 14. Even when the integrated control associated with the plurality of control devices is performed, a monitoring part 46 compares the control target converted into horsepower with the benchmark tolerance to easily and highly accurately compare the control target with the tolerance, and thereby monitors a control of a driving source of a vehicle.
