PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the discoloration of a polycarbonate resin caused by the decomposition of a crosslinked (meth)acrylic polymer particle. SOLUTION: A light-diffusible polycarbonate resin composition comprises a polycarbonate based resin and cross-linked (meth)acrylic polymer particles dispersed in the polycarbonate based resin for imparting light diffusing ability to the polycarbonate based resin. The light-diffusible polycarbonate resin composition, in which 0.05-3 wt.% of phosphite-based antioxidant is added into the crosslinked (meth)acrylic polymer particle, has improved resistance against discoloration.
