PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polyether oligomer containing a hydrolyzable silicon group rapidly and effectively by small equipment. SOLUTION: The method is characterized by continuously carrying out hydrosilylation of a polyether oligomer (A) having a unsaturated bond and a silane compound (B) in the presence of a metal catalyst (C) selected from group VIII transition metals by using the reaction apparatus having a doubled cylindrical shape, in which concentric circles rotate and (A), (B) and (C) are allowed to flow between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder.
