PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soldering iron with a dispensing function of cream solder, a soldering iron that can enhance reliability of soldering quality by improving durability and operability through a discharging mechanism with a simple structure, in a soldering iron for dispensing fused solder from the tip end of the iron point. SOLUTION: The soldering iron is configured in such a manner that a container filled with cream solder is installed freely attachably/detachably in the rear end of a discharging passage, that the cream solder discharged from the container by the discharging mechanism is fused near the heating part in the discharging passage, and that the cream solder is dispensed from the tip end of the iron point.
