PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quietly open and close a cover without causing a sound of collision. SOLUTION: The telescopic cover is composed of a cover composing body 21 to be extended and contracted in the Z direction with the movement of a Z direction moving body 52. The cover composing body 21 comprises a plurality of movable cover members 41, 42 which are overlapped in the direction perpendicular to the Z direction, and independently move. A window 61 is provided on the one member 42 of the two neighboring movable cover members 41, 42. A Z-direction sliding shutter 64 is provided so as to open and close the window 61. The other member 41 of the two movable cover members 41, 42 and the shutter 64 are connected by a pantograph 91 so as to relatively move in the Z direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
