PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a running cost when waste water containing calcium and sulfuric acid is concentrated by boiling and evaporating by indirect heating. SOLUTION: In a reactor 1, sodium carbonate is added to the waste water, calcium included in the waste water is deposited as a crystal of calcium carbonate, and then the waste water in a state of including the crystal of the calcium carbonate is transferred to and concentrated in an evaporation concentration device 6 for boiling and evaporating by indirect heating.
