PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which enables players to enjoy a new game without being bored. SOLUTION: The game machine has a photo sensor 7 arranged on reels 3L, 3C and 3R disposed in a cabinet 2 for varying figures of multiple kinds and receiving the light irradiated from outside the game machine. When the light is received by the photo sensor 7, a stop signal for directing the varying reels 3L, 3C and 3R to stop is output and upon the detection of the stop direction signal, the variation of the reels 3L, 3C and 3R is stopped.
