A swash plate (1) with an inclined surface is permanently joined to the wheel axle (2). A disk (5) connected to a movable joint (7) in the center and to several piston rods (16) exceeding from two or more pistons (15) is moved around the surface of the swash plate (1) on a ball bearing (6). The working or pressure cylinders (18) are interconnected with fluid ducts (20). The fluid supply is interrupted by an electric valve (21) when the brake pedal is operated.
