A fabric with a crack pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify processes for forming a crack on the fabric and to manufacture rapidly the fabric with the crack pattern. In a resin coating process(101), the polyurethane resin is coated on the texture for forming a crack pattern. In a resin dry process(102), the resin layer is dried by a natural dry or a heat and solidified. In a texture tension process(103), the edge of the solidified texture is drawn so that the non-fixed type crack portion is generated. In a color formation process(104), the color ink with a desired color is coated on the resin layer so that the ink is infiltrated into the crack portion. In a scrup process(105), the ink existing on the upper end of the resin layer is cleansed.
