SUPPRESSANT OF TOXICITY INDUCED BY CANCER CHEMOTHERAPHEUTIC AGENT AND COMPOSITION OF CANCER CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC AGENT CONTAINING THE SAME

A suppressant of toxicity caused by cancer chemotherapeutic agents and an anti-cancer composition containing the same toxicity suppressant are provided to suppress liver toxicity and kidney toxicity. The suppressant of toxicity caused by cancer chemotherapeutic agents comprises macelignan represented by the formula(1) or Myristica fragrans extract as an active ingredient, wherein the toxicity is liver toxicity or kidney toxicity caused by cancer chemotherapeutic agents; the cancer chemotherapeutic agent is cis-diamminedichloro platinum (I), carboplatin, oxaliplatin or nedaplatin; and the Myristica fragrans extract is prepared with water or C1-C6 organic solvent. The composition for suppressing toxicity caused by cancer chemotherapeutic agents contains macelignan represented by the formula(1) or Myristica fragrans extract as an active ingredient.
