<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a can for detecting surely a pinhole. <P>SOLUTION: This inspection device 10 of the can is equipped with a support 11 for supporting the outer surface of the can 50, a light source 12 for irradiating the can 50 from the outside with light, and a detection part for detecting light leaking to the inside of the can 50. The device 10 is constituted as follows: the support 11 is formed in a board-like shape from an optically transparent material, and has a circumferential surface along the outer surface of the can 50 on its fringe; each pocket 11a opened to the outside and both end faces 11g, 11h is formed; and the can 50 is supported from the outer surface side so that the can axis of the can 50 is extended in the orthogonal direction to both end faces 11g, 11h of the support 11 by the circumferential surface of the pocket 11a. Reflecting surfaces 11b 11c, 11d for reflecting light entered from the outside of the support 11 toward its inside, toward the circumferential surface of the pocket 11a are provided on positions opposite to the circumferential surface of the pocket 11a on the support 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
