APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING SECURITY SERVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for providing a security service in which limited operation can be performed by connecting with an internal network device even if information on the network device is not registered in a security control device when an arbitrary network device joins in a home network.

SOLUTION: An apparatus for providing a security service includes a key generation unit which generates a pair of keys including a first temporary public key and a first temporary private key, a temporary access control list generation unit which edits a first temporary access control list by adding the first public key, an authentication unit which performs authentication for a network device when the predetermined network device joins from the outside, and a first transmission/reception unit which transmits the pair of keys including the first temporary public key and the first temporary private key to the network device according to the authentication result.
