<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody cement board and a method for producing the same using a cement composition which has high adsorption ability of organic matter, does not inhibit the setting reaction of cement without adding a setting accelerator, is inexpensive and can be easily produced, has good flowability, and can assure development of strength. <P>SOLUTION: The woody cement board uses a cement composition in which the clinker mineral composition contains C<SB>3</SB>S, C<SB>2</SB>S, and a gap phase and does not contain C<SB>3</SB>A and gypsum; particularly, the gap phase is a continuous solid solution which does not contain C<SB>3</SB>A and has an average composition in the range of C<SB>4</SB>AF to C<SB>6</SB>AF<SB>2</SB>; and the clinker mineral has a Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>content of 4.0 mass% or more and a molar ratio of Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>/Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>of 1 or more. The woody cement board can be obtained by mixing the cement composition with woody fibers and water, shaping the mixture into a predetermined shape followed by curing and setting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
