PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition for forming a polyurea coating, extremely quickly curable compared with compositions known by conventional technique and, nevertheless, having comparable or longer potlife. SOLUTION: The two-component coating composition for forming a polyurea coating comprises (A) a polyisocyanate containing sulfonate group and (B) an amino-functional polyaspartate expressed by formula I (where in X is an n-valent organic group obtained by removing primary amino groups from an n-valent polyamine; R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each independently an organic group inert to isocyanate group under the reaction condition; and n is an integer of≥2).
