PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of recording the history of a plurality of impacts by detecting the impacts in a time series without replacing components or the like. SOLUTION: When an image indicating a subject image is recorded on a recording medium 54 as image data, the magnitude of impact applied to the main body of the apparatus is detected in a time series by an acceleration sensor 38.
