PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive material having high conductivity than aπ-conjugated polymer by simply controlling and improving the conductivity of theπ-conjugated polymer. SOLUTION: The conductive material is obtained by bringing aπ-conjugated polymer into contact with an ionic liquid. The conductive material preferably has a conductivity ten times or more higher than that of theπ-conjugated polymer before it is brought into contact with the ionic liquid.
