PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyoxymethylene resin composition having excellent low temperature impact resistance and sliding properties and injuring neither molding externals nor rigidity, to provide moldings thereof and to provide components thereof. SOLUTION: The polyoxymethylene resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. polyoxymethylene resin (A) and 10-50 pts.wt. ethylene-based modifiedα-olefin polymer (B), wherein (A) contains a polyoxymethylene copolymer (a-1) containing a hydroxyalkyl group at the terminal of the molecule so that the hydroxyalkyl terminal group concentration is≥5×10<SP>-5</SP>mol per 1 mol oxymethylene unit, or contains the polyoxymethylene copolymer (a-1) and an oxymethylene resin (a-2), and (B) contains 65-90 mol% ethylene components, and is dispersed in the (A), with≤8μm average distance between particles.
