PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an information display panel with which a prescribed amount of a display medium can be reliably supplied into a cell. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an information display panel includes steps of mounting a display medium 3 charged into one polarity on a charging medium 15 disposed above a cell 14 on a substrate 1 (or 2), of allowing the display medium to fly and transfer from the charging medium into the cell to fill on the substrate, as well as of controlling the gap between a barrier wall on the substrate to be packed and the charging medium mounting the charged display medium to be constant.
