PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of safely, easily, and specifically diagnosing Crohn's disease, and a kit for diagnosis for this diagnosis. SOLUTION: In this diagnosis method of the Crohn's disease, a specimen extracted from a patient suspected to suffer from the Crohn's disease is measured with a combination of two or three of anti-porcine amylase antibody, anti-saccharomyces cerevisiae antibody, and/or anti-I2 antibody. This method is also a diagnosis method of Crohn's disease of small intestine type or small and large intestine type having a dominant lesion that is performed by measuring anti-porcine amylase antibody.
