PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano composite in which nano particles are uniformly dispersed in a matrix resin in good productivity without depending on the state of particle surface of nano particles and to provide a new graft polymer capable of suitably applying to such the matrix resin. SOLUTION: The nano composite is obtained by dispersing nano particles into a graft polymer as a matrix resin. The graft polymer is composed of a mother polymer part having a structure belonging to either one of a polyolefin, a polyvinyl acetal, a cellulose derivative, a polyester, a poly(meth)acrylate, a polycarbonate, a polyarylate and a polystyrene and a graft chain part having at least one kind of functional group selected from an acidic functional group, a basic functional group, a quaternary ammonium group, an alkyl ether group, an amide group and a hydroxy group.
