PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector which can reduce deposition of sediment on an upstream side of a bar screen, and to provide a dust collector arrangement structure. SOLUTION: The dust collector 13 is provided with a bar screen 15 which is formed by arranging a plurality of rod members 4 in parallel with each other, and slantingly erecting the rod members in water, and a plurality of rakes 3 which are moved upward from a lower portion along the bar screen 15.
