PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for adjusting body temperature which is arranged not on the body but on clothes to achieve comfortable wear feeling, is kept attached closely to the armpit of the human body even when the pad is arranged on the clothes, and is stored compactly. SOLUTION: The pad for adjusting body temperature is used by arranging a body temperature adjusting bag containing a body temperature adjusting agent on the armpit of the clothes. The pad has a sheet folded inward, and the folded inner surface of the sheet has a clothes attaching face which is attached to the clothes when the sheet is expanded.
