PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a height correctable toilet seat, capable of firmly fixing the height correctable toilet seat with bolts without displacement in the cross direction. SOLUTION: The fixing structure is for firmly fixing the height correctable toilet seat 2 disposed between a toilet bowl body 1 and a toilet seat 3 to the toilet bowl body 1 with bolts 4 inserted downward from above the toilet seat 3. Bolt holes 2a for inserting bolts are formed on the height correctable toilet seat 2, and a recess 2b into which a nut 6 can be fit is formed around each bolt hole 2a on the upper surface of the height correctable toilet seat.
