Method and system for determining optimum resource allocation in a network

A method for determining the optimum allocation of resources in a mobile telecommunication network. The method includes the step of calculating a fitness parameter for each service class where the fitness parameter is dependent on the quality of service index QoS_i, the dynamic queue length q₁, and the frequency of resources f₁, for each service class.
