The present invention provides a dental material primer and a dentin-regenerating pulp-capping agent which exhibit excellent a dentin-regenerating action. The present invention relates to the dental material primer comprising a hydrolyzed ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in which collagen is immobilized and the dentin-regenerating pulp-capping agent comprising a hydrolyzed ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, in which collagen is immobilized, and a binder.
