A wild animal protective guardrail structure installed with a fabricated panel is provided to prevent a wild animal from jumping in a road under or over a guardrail by installing a fabricated panel only opened out of the road and plural guard wires in a pole. In a structure for installing a guardrail whose blocking panel opens only out of a road to limit the entrance of an animal, a wild animal protective guardrail structure with a fabricated panel comprises the fabricated panel attached to a pole(10) instead of an existing wire web to prevent small animals from entering the road under the guardrail, and divided into upper and lower plates(40,50) whose height control is possible according to a road situation; and guard wires installed every 20 to 30 cm on the pole expanded longer than an existing pole preventing animals from invading over the guardrail. The fabricated panel used as the guard panel utilizes a steel plate or synthetic resin panel having a hole whose diameter is smaller than 1 cm. An animal movement observation camera is installed on the pole, or a sensor is installed at the guard wire to observe species of animals and a route where animals move.
