SOLUTION: In communication apparatuses in a network where both the communication apparatuses directly communicate with each other, a providing apparatus for providing a communication parameter and a receiving apparatus for receiving the communication parameter are determined on the basis of information indicating the capacity of each communication apparatus existing on the network, and the determined providing apparatus and receiving apparatus are informed of the transfer direction of the communication parameter.
