摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost, improve workability and increase sealing property without using a sealing member, though an airbag door chute member is small-sized. SOLUTION: The chute member 17 is fitted in an opening 15 of a base member 3 from a surface side of the base member 3. A flange 23 of the chute member 17 is superposed upon a surface of the base member 3 of a peripheral edge of the opening 15. A skin 5 and a resin intermediate layer 7 are integrally formed on the surface of the base member 3 to cover the chute member 17. A first groove 33 with an almost U-shaped cross section is formed outside the opening 15 on the surface of the base member 3. A flexible lip 23a is constituted by thinly forming a part of the flange 23 of the chute member 17 and bending it on the back side of the flange 23.
