<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a shift register circuit capable of suppressing an increase of current consumption. <P>SOLUTION: In the display device, a first circuit part 50na of a shift register circuit part 50n includes a transistor NT10n1 connected to potential VBB on the negative side and a transistor NT10n7 connected between the transistor NT10n1 and a clock signal line (CKV1).
