<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium avoiding insertion of a sheet into a driver. <P>SOLUTION: A tape cartridge 2 for rotatably storing a tape reel 12 with a tape-like recording medium T wound around, a storage case 3 for storing the tape cartridge 2, and a sheet 4 to be stored in the storage case 3 together with the tape cartridge 2 are provided.
