<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capturing method of metal powder which can stably capture metal powder in the wide range of particle-diameter for a long time and is easy in maintenance, and to provide a capturing method of metal powder, a production apparatus of metal powder and a production method of metal powder. <P>SOLUTION: An adsorbing member 32, to which an adsorbing part 32b with the shape of a plurality of rods or plates formed by a permanent magnet on a base body 32a with the shape of a disc is connected, is arranged on the upper part of a metal powder capturing vessel 31 having an inlet 35 for guiding a reaction gas and an outlet 36 for discharging an exhaust gas excepting metal powder 3, wherein a cover 33, where a concave part fitting to the adsorbing part 32b is formed and which is made of resin or metal with a resin layer formed on the surface, is installed in the side to which the adsorbing part 32b of the adsorbing member 32 is connected, to be arranged so that the cover 33 is positioned inside the vessel 31, and then a valve 34 for taking out metal powder is installed at the lower end part of the vessel 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
