<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the execution of more efficient inspection than ever of the good or bad of the blanking quality or slitting quality of printed matters such as blank sheets for every each type area number by collatingly comparing with the reference printed matters for judging the good or bad of the blanking and slitting qualities of each area of the printed matter. <P>SOLUTION: Printed matters S1-Sn for every each type area number N after being blanked are read for every each type area number N in advance as electronic data with an image picturizing means 11 and then are stored in an image data storing means 12 in the blanking process of a multiple type area composed printed matter so as to visually and comparatively collate respectively positions of pressing scores, blanking end parts, printing scores, printed images or the like with those of the reference printed matters S01-S0n for every each type area number for judging the good or bad of the blanking quality prepared reproducibly with a reproducing means 13 in order to inspect the presence or absence of relative positional displacement in the pressing scores, blanking end parts, printed images (printed patterns, printed ruled lines or the like) or the like between of the printed matter after blanking for every each type area number N and of the reference printed matter, and the presence or absence of stains or of the adhesion of foreign matters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
