<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out selection and setting of a device necessary for obtaining a desired final result. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor capable of being connected to the image forming system having a plurality of devices corresponding to each of a plurality of processing stages including a printing stage and a bookbinding stage holds function information indicating capacities relevant to pluralities of function items of the plurality of devices. On the basis of the function information, the information processor displays options based upon contents of the function items of the plurality of devices corresponding to on processing stage, and a wizard image plane providing a user interface for function selection is generated.
