<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a polymer containing an organopolysiloxane part and a polyvinyl ether part. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises reacting an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least one Si-H bond with a vinyl ether represented by general formula (1) R<SP>1</SP><SB>2</SB>C=C(R<SP>1</SP>)-OR<SP>2</SP>(1) (R<SP>1</SP>s are mutually independent and are each a hydrogen atom, a 1-10C alkyl group, aryl group or aralkyl group which may be substituted; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-10C alkyl group, aryl group or aralkyl group which may be substituted or a silyl group) in a molar amount larger than the total molar amount of the Si-H bond in the presence of a polynuclear ruthenium carbonyl complex containing 2-4 ruthenium atoms to produce a polymer in which a polyvinyl ether is combined with the organohydrogenpolysiloxane residue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
