PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily dismount a unit such as a motor arrangement from a structural body. SOLUTION: A fixing device assembly comprises a grommet 22, a damper 26, a bushing 50, and pin 24. The grommet 22 comprises at least one pin holding leg portion 94. The damper 22 comprises an almost column shape body 74 having at least one groove 78 formed so as to hold a mounting flange portion 36 of the structural body, like a mounting bracket 32 of the unit, such as the motor arrangement 28.
