PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stuffing of paper dust dropping from a paper dust removing brush 41 between a lower film 43 and a photoreceptive drum 14, and to prevent it from flying into the inside of a laser printer 1. SOLUTION: A movable part 43a of the lower film 43 is stuck to a base 42, formed integrally with a drum cartridge 15 using a double-sided adhesive tape so as to be extended in the counter direction, with respect to the rotation of the photoreceptive drum 14.
